Where the translator is Queen
I am happy that Desert Bus is scanlating "Fushigi no Kuni no Shounen Arisu", and I am looking forward to their release of additional chapters, especially in volume 2.For those that also like this story, I have found a copy online of scans of all two volumes of this manga series in raw Japanese here:http://www.mediafire.com/?cedeeglbampEnjoy!
Thank you for scanlating this manga. The narration is one of the weirdest I've read so far and it's very refreshing. I mean, the whole storyline just doesn't seem to make a sense, but like in a dream, you know that you have to go throught to ... understand?... finish?... well I don't even know for what I must read it ^^It's fun to have a manga which makes me so hazy at the end of the chapter.Thank you for your efforts for us, leechers ;)
Ah, leechers. That term takes me back to my Akatsuki Manga days. :)Yes, this series is indeed very dreamlike. There's an essay by the author at the end of volume two, which will be included in our last release, that discusses Freud and free association technique.I'm excited to translate it because I think it will shed some insight on why the author laid out the storyline the way she did.
